The maiden edition of Business Simulation Games introduced in NHPC last year in 2024-25 under the intervention titled as “ABHYUDAY” received a phenomenal participation from across employees profile right from Junior Engineer to General Manager. This AI based application proved itself as a milestone for preparing our Human capital future ready, maintaining equilibrium with diversifying business folio of NHPC and for developing cross functional insights to meet upcoming challenges importantly in a team.

Reaping the benefits further, my team is coming up with the 2nd edition of Business Simulation Games designed by M/s Global Management Challenge in a new format with leverage to expand the team size and added flavours of Quizzing on Annual Report 2024-25.
