POWERGRID is conducting Business Simulation Games with an objective to enhance cross-functional learning and managerial ability among employees. Online nominations are invited from the willing employees to participate in the Inter-POWERGRID Business Simulation Games 2024.

For the 1st time in 5 years history of Global Management Challenge in India, a student Team comprising of Management Students from Jamnalal Bajaj Management Institute of India (JBIMS), Mumbai – Aniruddha Shirsat, Sahil Mohite, Sanket Shedolkar and Chirag Chaudhari won the competition in 2023.

This year’s GMC International Finals will take place in New Delhi, India from 26-28 September, 2024. The event will be organized by AIOE – All India Organization of Employers (an allied body of FICCI) in association with the GMC International Organizing Committee. During this 3-day event one of the participating countries will be crowned as World Champion.

After Luanda, it is New Delhi’s turn to host an event that will be contested by around 20 countries.
